In addition to the hundreds of volunteers on whom we depend, Christ Church employs a paid staff of approximately 40 full-time and part-time professionals – each bringing to their job a commitment to our mission and a steadfast love of the Lord. Adam Ruef
Director of Operations
Adam manages every aspect of our campus, including building scheduling and maintenance, information systems, telephones, hardware, audio-visual technology, database applications, commercial insurance, construction, landscaping, furnishings, security, safety policies and all operating procedures. He also insures our compliance with all city, state and federal regulations. Adam has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Mason.

Brenda Gribbin
Worship Ministries Coordinator
Brenda coordinates service scheduling for over 250 people participating in our worship ministries. She assists acolytes, altar guild, ushers, chalice bearers, lay Eucharistic ministers and greeters in their ministry responsibilities. Brenda is also responsible for recruiting, training and orientation of all new ministry members. She holds a BA in Arts and Humanities from The University of Texas at Dallas.

David Thompson
Men's Minister
David serves the men of Christ Church as the director of the On Point Men's Ministry. David and his wife, Karen, are both on staff at Christ Church and their four children, Reed, Drew, Trent and Ansley, participate in nearly every ministry offered. When David arrived at Christ Church in 2004, he served as Director of Small Groups, following 15 years ministering to students with Campus Crusade for Christ. Currently a priest-in-training, David also serves the Christ Church family as our Northeast Parish Minister.

Debi Newman
Women’s Minister
Debi Newman is the minister to the women of Christ Church. She holds a Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion and Society from Oxford Graduate School. She is the author of seven faith-focused books for women.

Jill Kinsella
Director of Communications
Jill leads the communications staff in the design and production of all print, video and internet communication including fwd: Magazine, the Christ church website, email newsletters and collateral materials. She also manages the church's advertising and media relations. She holds a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Mercer University’s school of journalism.

Katherine Somich
Director of Children's Ministry
Katherine oversees all Christ Church children’s programming and activities for infants through 5th grade. She is responsible for casting the vision and developing the philosophy of Christian education for the children of Christ Church. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology specializing in Cognitive Studies from Tulane University.

Mark Snow
Director of Music and Worship
Mark has served as Director of Music and Worship since October, 1994. Along with our rector, a talented team of musicians and gifted staff, Mark is responsible for the musical offerings and liturgical design of our worship services. In November 2006, Mark assumed the additional title of Provost, giving official oversight to the administrative and financial leadership of Christ Church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts - University of Texas, Dallas and a Master of Theological Studies - Texas Christian University.

Pam Coghlan
Minister of Students
Pam’s responsibility is to minister to the needs of 6th-10th grade students as they strive to grow closer in their relationship with the Lord. Pam graduated from Mississippi College in 1993 and received her Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997. She also participated in a special studies course at Oxford University.

Stacy Mading
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Stacy provides leadership in all financial matters of Christ Church, including contributions, expenses, financial reporting, construction, funds management, statistics, ministry budgeting, policies and procedures. She also oversees human resources’ payroll and benefits. She is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in business with a major in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Susan Kerr
Director of Mission and Outreach
Susan's ministry focuses on local outreach and world missions. She handles charity projects that benefit our community as well as missions worldwide. Susan’s ministry utilizes many local partnerships and the resources of many volunteers.

Brian directs the programming ministry to high school students and provides overall direction and coaching to the Student/Young Adult Ministry. He has exceptional gifts and over two decades of experience in both outreach and discipling of young people.
