How does a believer in Jesus Christ respond when life hands them something unexpected? We at Christ Church offer our members Christian tools to help them deal effectively with the challenges of life.

Grief Recovery Class
In a series of six sessions the Grief Recovery Class offers a time of learning and sharing with others in order to find God’s plan in your journey through grief. Understanding the grief process is reassuring and healing after a divorce, losing a loved one, or a job. Doing grief work allows us to put our losses in perspective and use the gifts of love that we have had to regain our balance. God has promised the return of joy into our lives when we trust Him! DivorceCare and Divorce Care for Kids (DC4K)
It takes a long time and a lot of work to heal the pain that comes with the breakup of a marriage. DivorceCare is a scripturally based weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced. Contact Toni Salmon: email.
DivorceCare for Kids (DC4K) is a special group that provides a safe and caring place for children ages 5-12 to engage in fun-filled activities while learning about divorce and the many changes they are encountering in their lives. The weekly session topics help our children learn that God's love strengthens them and helps them turn their sadness to hope and their anger to joy.
