In addition to the hundreds of volunteers on whom we depend, Christ Church employs a paid staff of approximately 40 full-time and part-time professionals – each bringing to their job a commitment to our mission and a steadfast love of the Lord. The following ministry leaders oversee the major seven major areas of the church’s operation. Mark Snow
Provost/Director of Music & Worship

Mark has served as Director of Music and Worship since October, 1994. Along with our rector, a talented team of musicians and gifted staff, Mark is responsible for the musical offerings and liturgical design of our worship services. After serving as Provost (Executive Director) for brief interim periods over the last 8 years, Mark officially accepted the Provost position on December 1, 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Arts – University of Texas, Dallas and a Master of Theological Studies – Texas Christian University. Stacy Mading
Business Administration

As our CFO, Stacy provides leadership in all financial matters of Christ Church, including financial reporting, funds management, statistics, ministry budgeting, insurance and membership database applications. She also oversees human resources’ payroll, benefits and policies and procedures. She is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in Business with a major in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Jill Kinsella

Susan’s ministry focuses on local outreach and world missions. She handles charity projects that benefit our community as well as missions worldwide. Susan’s ministry utilizes many local partnerships and the resources of many volunteers. Jason Bowman
Teaching Pastor/Growth & Discipleship

Fr. Jason graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.A. in English and earned a Th.M. in New Testament from Dallas Theological Seminary. Jason has taught Bible at Trinity Christian Academy for many years and is now working on a DMin in Spiritual Formation at Ashland Seminary in Ohio. He was ordained was ordained a priest in September 2009. As our Teaching Pastor, Fr. Jason oversees the opportunities for both adults and students to grow in their faith. You may contact Fr. Adam Ruef
Operations

Adam manages several aspects of our campus operations, including maintenance, scheduling, information systems, telephones, hardware, audio-visual technology, construction, landscaping, furnishings, security, safety policies and all operating procedures. He also insures our compliance with all city, state and federal regulations. Adam has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Mason.
