In addition to the hundreds of volunteers on whom we depend, Christ Church employs a paid staff of approximately 40 full-time and part-time professionals – each bringing to their job a commitment to our mission and a steadfast love of the Lord. They fall into the following categories: Discipleship, Missions & Outreach, Life Care, Music & Worship, Evangelism, Communications and Business Administration.
Mark Snow
Provost/Director of Music & Worship

Mark has served as Director of Music and Worship since October, 1994. Along with our rector, a talented team of musicians and gifted staff, Mark is responsible for the musical offerings and liturgical design of our worship services. After serving as Provost (Executive Director) for brief interim periods over the last 8 years, Mark officially accepted the Provost position on December 1, 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Arts – University of Texas, Dallas and a Master of Theological Studies – Texas Christian University.
Stacy Mading

Stacy provides leadership in all financial matters of Christ Church, including financial reporting, funds management, statistics, ministry budgeting, insurance and membership database applications. She also oversees human resources’ payroll, benefits and policies and procedures. She is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in Business with a major in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Jill Kinsella
Communications & Strategic Planning

Jill leads the communications staff in the production of all print, video and internet media. She also manages the church’s advertising and media relations. She holds a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Mercer University’s school of journalism.
Debi Newman
Women’s Ministry

Debi Newman oversees our Women’s Ministry. She holds a Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion and Society from Oxford Graduate School. She is the author of seven faith-focused books for women.
Susan Kerr
Missions and Outreach

Susan’s ministry focuses on local outreach and world missions. She handles charity projects that benefit our community as well as missions worldwide. Susan’s ministry utilizes many local partnerships and the resources of many volunteers.
Pam Coghlan
Student Ministry – 6th-12th Grade

Pam’s responsibility is to minister to the needs of 6th-12th grade students as they strive to grow closer in their relationship with the Lord. Pam graduated from Mississippi College in 1993 and received her Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997. She also participated in a special studies course at Oxford University.
Katherine Somich
Children’s Ministry

Katherine oversees all of our children’s programming and activities for infants through 5th grade. She is responsible for casting the vision and developing the philosophy of Christian education for the children of Christ Church. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology specializing in Cognitive Studies from Tulane University.
Adam Ruef
Operations

Adam manages several aspects of our campus operations, including maintenance, scheduling, information systems, telephones, hardware, audio-visual technology, construction, landscaping, furnishings, security, safety policies and all operating procedures. He also insures our compliance with all city, state and federal regulations. Adam has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Mason.
Brenda Gribbin
Worship Ministries Coordinator

Brenda coordinates service scheduling for over 250 people participating in our worship ministries. She assists acolytes, altar guild, ushers, chalice bearers, lay Eucharistic ministers and greeters in their ministry responsibilities. Brenda is also responsible for recruiting, training and orientation of all new ministry members. She holds a BA in Arts and Humanities from The University of Texas at Dallas.
