Christ Church offers its families a monthly Parents Night Out and Youth Night. We provide childcare for newborns through grade twelve. Parents who are members of Christ Church may drop off their children with our professional staff and enjoy an evening out.

Acolytes are 3-12 grade students who help worship services as members of the altar party. They carry the cross, assist the clergy, light the way, and serve as leaders and role models. Interested in becoming an Acolyte? Your student must attend an upcoming training with a parent.

A 6-week course exploring the beliefs and practices most central to our faith, Foundations equips you for a life of discipleship to Jesus. Foundations is prerequisite to Baptism, Confirmation, and Membership at Christ Church.

Join the Rev. Josh Heavin for this monthly group, reading some of the most influential books in Christian history, then discussing the profound questions posed by each text. Participants are asked, as they are able, to read the assigned text prior to the meeting.

From October 11-16, we will travel to Burnet, Texas, where we will stay at Eagle’s Wings Retreat Center and serve in the surrounding communities impacted by flooding.

Serve with Kairos Inside, a Christ-centered prison ministry bringing the hope of the gospel to incarcerated men and women through authentic Christian community. The fall Kairos Weekend is Nov. 12–15, with volunteer training beginning in mid-September.

This week Bishop Paul began a new 10-week series, The Gospel According to Joseph: The Lord with Us in All Things, exploring how God works through the brokenness of ordinary people to accomplish his purposes. Joseph’s pride, his brothers’ hatred, and their father Jacob’s favoritism remind us that our greatest problem isn’t the difficult people around us—it’s the fact that we, too, are difficult people. Yet through it all, God remains faithful, pointing us to the greater Joseph, Jesus, who was betrayed so that God’s family could be reconciled and restored.
Compassion
In the Great Commission, Jesus calls his followers to make disciples of all nations. We build up the worldwide church and mobilize our people and resources to respond to immediate and long-term needs.
Families
Nursery
We welcome infants and toddlers to the care of our professionally-staffed Nursery at all weekend services.
Children
Our Sunday School connects children with professional teachers and peers as they learn and worship.
Youth
Students worship with praise songs, readings from God’s Word, a short sermon, and a time of prayer.
