Weekly Ministry
Sundays
9 & 11 a.m. Archgate Café
9-12th grade students attend Bible study and serve in various acolyte and helping roles across Family Ministry. They return to the Sanctuary mid-service for Holy Communion.
Wednesdays
6 p.m. Archgate Café
High School students gather for communal dinner, Bible study, games, and evening prayer in the Chapel. Student break into age groups for discussion. Pizza is available for purchase.

Emily’s Place is a Christian organization that provides care and support for women and children escaping domestic violence. Our hope is to bless these families by hosting a welcoming and joyful cookout.
Wednesday, October 7 | 5:30 p.m.
Fellowship, music, games, and food for people and pets alike! Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at 7 p.m. Come and join us outdoors behind Archgate for a night of fun and refreshment for the whole family, pets included!
Saturday, October 10 | 5 – 7:30 p.m.
Please register no later than Wednesday, October 7. We provide childcare for newborns through 5th grade. Parents who are members of Christ Church may drop off their children with our professional staff and enjoy an evening out. Middle and High School students are invited to join for Youth Night, a time of fun and community.
October 11-16, 2026
From October 11-16, we will travel to Burnet, Texas, where we will stay at Eagle’s Wings Retreat Center and serve in the surrounding communities impacted by flooding.
Monday, October 12 | 6:30 p.m.
Join the Rev. Josh Heavin for this monthly group, reading some of the most influential books in Christian history, then discussing the profound questions posed by each text. Participants are asked, as they are able, to read the assigned text prior to the meeting.
November 6-8, 2026
Join the Family Ministry team for an exciting weekend at Texas Elks Camp on Texoma. Students enjoy fun activities, build connections with other students, rest and dig deeper into Scripture, all in the context of their peer community.
