Join Canon Jonathan for this monthly group, reading influential books in Christian history, then discussing the profound questions posed by the text. Participants are asked, as they are able, to read the assigned text prior to the meeting.

Please register no later than Wednesday, December 3. We provide childcare for newborns through 5th grade. Parents who are members of Christ Church may drop off their children with our professional staff and enjoy an evening out. Advent Lessons & Carols

In the spirit of the traditional Anglican service, Lessons & Carols blends Scripture readings with congregational carols, choral music, and Holy Eucharist. Join us for a beautiful worship experience suitable for adults and older children.

Preschool and Elementary children are invited to take part in this year’s Children’s Christmas Pageant. Acting out the nativity is a wonderful learning experience that helps children focus on the birth of our Savior during the Advent season.
Advent Food Drive
Drive begins November 30 | Ends December 14
This Advent, share the hope of Christ through generous donations of non-perishable goods, supporting hundreds of families across Collin County. Most needed are nutritious canned fruits and vegetables, baked beans, cereals, pasta, rice, and nutritious dry goods. Please drop off food donations at the Nativity display in the Fellowship Hall.

A 8-week course exploring the beliefs and practices most central to our faith, Foundations equips you for a life of discipleship to Jesus. Foundations is prerequisite to Baptism, Confirmation, and Membership at Christ Church.

The Rt. Rev. Paul Donison
In the fifth installment of the sermon series Jesus’ Bride, Bishop Paul preaches on what it means that the church is apostolic. The word ‘apostle’ refers to ‘one who is sent.’ Just as Jesus called the 12 apostles and sent them into the world to be his witnesses, we also are called to be ‘sent ones’ in our world today. We must remember that the church Jesus deploys is the same church that Jesus desires. Jesus has chosen each of us that we may draw near to him and go into the world to bear witness to his name.
Compassion
In the Great Commission, Jesus calls his followers to make disciples of all nations. We build up the worldwide church and mobilize our people and resources to respond to immediate and long-term needs.
Families
Nursery
We welcome infants and toddlers to the care of our professionally-staffed Nursery at all weekend services.
Children
Our Sunday School connects children with professional teachers and peers as they learn and worship.
Youth
Students worship with praise songs, readings from God’s Word, a short sermon, and a time of prayer.
